On the 18th February we will moderate the Welsh Education Twitter chat #addcym and bring with us a very special and highly experienced guest, Les Foltos (Director of Educational Innovation at Peer-Ed). Les is a worldwide authority in Peer Coaching and he has helped countless educators across the globe to develop Peer Coaching as an effective and transformational strategy to improve their effectiveness as teachers.
How can you join?
Because we have such a high profile guest we decided that we couldn’t miss the opportunity to have some words of wisdom on Peer Coaching from Les, so we will start the session from this page with a Google+ Hangout interview with Les.
In this Hangout On Air Les will share his experience and insights on Peer Coaching for about 15-20 min. Then, the conversation will be open for discussion on the Twitter Chat #addcym. The conversation will not be restricted to Welsh education though and anybody can join and benefit from Les’ lifetime experience and achievements in Peer Coaching. We hope to see many taking part to this great and exciting event!
All you need to do is tune in at 8pm (UK time) on the embedded video below and keep your Twitter page (or even better TweetDeck) open with a search for the hash tag #addcym saved. If you want to ask Les a question, or make a contribution about Peer Coaching send a tweet making sure you include #addcym in the body of your message.
